Beef Pot Roast
Ingredients
1 Beef Roast
4 Potatoes peeled and chopped
1 Onion peeled and chopped
4 Carrots peeled and chopped
2 Cups of green beans
2 packages of Club House Homestyle Gravy
2 1/2 Cups of water

Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash
Salt and Pepper
Method
Step 1: Season The Cutting Board

Add all your seasonings either in a small dish, mix, then pour onto the cutting board, or you can just add all your seasonings to the cutting board and mix them around.

Now rub the whole roast down with olive oil. Take roast and starting at one end of your cutting board, roll roast through all the seasonings until roast is completely seasoned on all sides.

In a preheated dutch oven or skillet, add about a tsp of olive oil and 1 Tbsp of butter. Set roast in the pot and brown all sides. This will keep the juices in.

Once all sides of the roast are browned, add veggies and 1 cup of water. Cover and place in a preheated 300 degree oven for 6 hours.

Step 2: Make Gravy

Remove roast from oven. Transfer roast and veggies into a clean serving dish. Add 2 and a half cups of water to your pot, turn stove on medium high. Add 2 packages of Club House Homestyle gravy mix and whisk. Continue whisking until gravy has thickened.

Step 3: Make Green Beans

In a small pot, steam 2 cups of green beans in 2 cups of water. Cook until desired tenderness.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy!
