Liver and Onions

Ingredients

1 Pkg Beef liver

1 Onion Chopped

4 Mushrooms sliced

1 3/4 cups water

1 Tbsp butter

1 Pkg Club House Homestyle Gravy Mix

1 Tbsp garlic powder

1 Tbsp onion powder

Salt and Pepper

Method

In a large skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in butter. 

​

Once mushrooms and onions are sauted, add water and gravy mix, whisk.

​

Season liver, place in gravy, seasoned side down. Season the other side.

​

Cover and let cook for 20 mins. Flip liver, season, cover and let cook for another 10 minutes, until liver is fully cooked.

​

Add water to thin out gravy if neccesary.

​

Serve up with some mashed potatoes and your favourite veggies.

​
