Dairy Free Cretons
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground pork
1 Onion chopped
1 Cup veggie broth
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp allspice
1/2 Tsp ground cloves
1 Cup bread crumbs
Salt and Pepper
Method
In a large pan add ground pork, onions and spices. Mix. Add veggie broth, cover and let simmer on low for 1 hour.
Add bread crumbs, and adjust seasonings if needed.
Blend with hand blender, until you have a pate consistency .
Refridgerate for a few hours until cool before serving.
